I am wearing my shelf pants!!!! You know, the pants that you
love and don’t want to get rid of, but there is no way you can squeeze your
body into them anymore, so they get stuck on the shelf for “some day”. “Some day” is TODAY!!! Actually, every day this week I have taken down a
pair of my shelf pants to wear. Day one, I was giddy. You cannot imagine
how the feeling of satisfaction grew as each day I took down a different pair
of pants to wear. I am telling you that all I had to do was put them on, zip
them up, and walk out the door. No hopping up and down to slide them over my
hips. No lying on the bed in a desperate attempt to flatten my stomach so they
would zip. It is a beautiful thing!
This is the result of many good choices, but I’d have to
give a lot of the credit to T-Tapp. It’s an exercise program that I do for 15
minutes, 5 days a week. Who doesn’t have 15 minutes?!

Siebers through Beachbody. I actually love doing these workouts. No matter what
exercise I do for the day, I make sure to include the 15 minutes of Slim and

Dang it, Sari! I don't WANT T-Tapp to work that well. I know I should do it, but I have this mental block.
ReplyDeleteIs anyone interested in doing the 14 day boot camp with me? 15 min/day. It might go better for me if I knew there was someone else counting on me and holding me accountable?
Well I am for sure. Do I count? Starting today. I want to be ready for Boston!!! Two weeks baby :-)
